Kat Ganesan
Founder & President
Kat brings over 16 years of Implementation and management experience to the job of CEO at NXG. Prior to founding NXG Group, Inc, Kat spent several years in developing and managing multi million dollar projects in the area of LIMS and Onshore/OffShore implementations. Kat's extensive management and implementation experience includes designing, building, marketing, and selling enterprise Group products in the areas of LIMS, Internet and application infrastructure, ERP, directory, and security management.
Kat keeps things rolling with a mix of entrepreneurial passion and operational excellence. An experienced tech, started his career as programmer in c++ and his resume reads like a short history of the Internet itself and has lots of experience in tech startups and integrating people to help grow them. Prior to NXG Group, Inc, he co-founded web2.0 sites and internet 1.0 websites.
Anthony Leonard
Vice President
Anthony brings over 15 years of senior level management experience, enterprise software development and implementation to NXG Group. His strengths include developing strategies and delivering integrated business process solutions across various industries.
Prior to NXG Group, Anthony has held various positions in development, consulting, and project management at Food, Financial and Technology companies for corporate organizations. Anthony's software and management expertise includes building, planning, and delivering software products in a distributed team model. Accomplishments include diverse cross-functional project and program management assignments in information technology, business process development, project lifecycle management and new product introduction. Anthony began his career as a Principal Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the fall of 1995 where went on to help build their SAP, Change Management and ecommerce practices accordingly before starting his own private management consulting practice in the fall of 2002, where he continues to deliver integrated business process solutions across various industries around the globe.
